Seniors' Exercise and Lunch Group

Are you 65 or over? Would you like to keep fit and meet people? You would be most welcome to join us at the the Seniors Lunch and Exercise group which meets twice monthly in Corpus Christi Church hall at 10:30am. All our exercises are seated. We offer a lunch once a month and we also have talks on subjects of interest. All meetings take place in the Church Hall and please see our meeting schedule below.
